Product Instruction Manual

Product description

TULING TLH-95,This paste-based waterproofing material is prepared using synthetic polymer liquid rubber as the continuous phase, ultra-fine suspended anionic microemulsion-modified emulsified asphalt as the dispersed phase, and active thickeners. It is a one-component, water-based, cold-applied, highly elastic asphalt-based waterproof coating that can be used directly from the container; upon application by rolling or scraping, it forms a seamless, highly elastic, self-healing rubber-like waterproof membrane, combining the waterproof reliability of membranes with the ease of application of coatings, and offering excellent cost-effectiveness, applicability in humid conditions, and compatibility with various substrate types.

Scope of application

Recommended for reinforcement treatment of vulnerable areas such as additional layers, concave/convex corners, expansion joints, and construction joints.

Storage

1.storage time :1 year;

2.storage temperature :5-40℃;

3.Location:In a cool、 dry place;

4.Store in a sealed container to prevent air exposure;

5.Use immediately after opening the lid.

Packaging and Transportation

The product is packaged in clean, dry, and sealed containers.

During transportation, ensure safety by avoiding exposure to sunlight and rain, as well as preventing compression or impact; during winter transport, take measures to maintain warmth and protect against cold.

Construction Precautions:

1. The construction environment temperature should preferably be above 5°C; appropriate measures must be taken during winter construction. Open-air operations are not recommended on rainy, snowy days or under wind conditions exceeding level 4. Construction should not proceed when the substrate surface is covered with standing water, snow, or ice.

2. The substrate surface shall undergo rust removal, dust elimination, and contamination removal. Waterproofing construction may only proceed after the substrate treatment has passed inspection. Depending on the specific characteristics of the substrate, different types of primer and base treatment agents can be selected for application.
